When it comes to building or renovating, there are a lot of factors that must be taken into account. So we always have a good deal of questions asked all the time, these are some of our most frequently asked questions.

Q: Do you do fixed price contracts?

A: The price can be agreed before contracts are signed, enabling you to have peace of mind, knowing that you know the final cost.

Q: Do you build out of town/rural areas?

A: We specialise in lifestyle and rural building.

Q: Can you build to my plans?

A: Yes. We can work around any plans of the dream home you wish to build.

Q: Do you build environmentally friendly, sustainable homes?

A: We specialise in building environmentally friendly, sustainable homes.

Q: Can you build with a range of building materials?

A: We can work with you to use the energy efficient building materials you choose.

Q: Do I deal direct with the person building my home?

A: When you sign a contract with Lifestyle Builders you are already dealing direct with the person who will build your house and will continue to do so until you move into your new home.

Q: Can I access or view my home while it is being built?

A: Due to safety requirements you will not be able to access the building site unless you have made prior arrangements with the builder. If the site is safe, the builder will happily take you through the site on an accompanied inspection.

Q: Are you flexible to make changes to the plans during the build?

A: It is your house. We are building it for you. If you need changes made to suit your lifestyle and make your home more comfortable, we will work with you to make those changes.
